Part-Time

Directly supervises team members and performs all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with DCCCA policy and applicable laws.  Responsibilities may include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, directing, and following up on work, including documentation; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving other problems.  Assist families referred by Kansas SRS; provide in-home counseling and case management.  Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in social work or other related field, with a Master’s degree preferred; LBSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC or LMLP; a minimum of three years experience in family based services or in providing education/training to families; licensure by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board; a valid driver's license and a good driving record.  Must pass background checks.
