Event Registration
Cancellation, Refund and Privacy Policies
If you must cancel your registration for an
event, please do so as early as possible so another person can
take your place at the event.
Event Cancellations
DCCCA
reserves the right to cancel events.
If an event is cancelled,
a credit for a future training event or full refund will be
given to each paid registered participant. DCCCA accepts no
responsibility for travel arrangements or any other loss due to
cancellation of an event.
Canceling Your
Registration/Refunds
If you are unable to attend an event in
which you have enrolled you have the option of sending a
substitute in your place or cancelling your enrollment.
Cancellations received in advance of the event, by the date
specified in registration information for the event, will
receive a full refund.
Failure
to notify DCCCA of a cancellation as required will result in a
forfeiture of registration fees.
Refunds
will be made by check and will normally be processed within 30
days following the determination that a refund is due.
Privacy
When you register for an event sponsored by
DCCCA, the information you provide will be used only to complete
your registration. We will secure your information by using the
appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to
safeguard against unauthorized use. We will never divulge your
e-mail address to third parties, except as required to process
your information.
Once you have opted into our e-mail distribution list, we may
initiate limited communications with you, including our monthly
newsletters, course updates and/or promotions. We promise to
limit these communications both as to frequency and content, and
not to make a nuisance of ourselves. Upon written request, we
will remove you immediately from our distribution list.
DCCCA reserves the right to alter its privacy
policies. Any
changes to the policy will be posted on this page. For those who
either have used or will use DCCCA for services or information,
this privacy statement is a supplement to, not a replacement
for, any other privacy agreements or terms already provided by
DCCCA.
