2019 Douglas County Behavioral Health Prevention Summit

The Douglas County Behavioral Health Prevention Summit is a one-day interactive event which will include keynote presentations, round table discussions, and break-out sessions on a variety of relevant behavioral health topics. The Douglas County Behavioral Health Prevention Summit is designed to guide participants through practical strategies and create valuable networks while pursuing a plan for behavioral health prevention in their communities. Specific topics of focus will include opioid, marijuana, suicide, tobacco/vaping, and alcohol prevention. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in round table discussions about how we move our communities forward and improve the lives of those we serve.

Conference Accreditation: Continuing education credits will be available for the following: physicians, nurses, social workers, EMS, etc. General continuing education certificates of attendance with accredited hours will be provided to all participants.=
