Culture
DCCCA values its employees. From the CEO, program directors, therapists, case managers, and technicians, to the administrative staff who keep the agency running, we would not be able to provide quality programming without each individual.
We strive to provide a company culture that invites our employees to learn, to grow, and to lead. We encourage and support healthy lives and place a high value on family and self-care. Our work is often highly emotional and we believe in the principle of Trauma Informed Care not only for the clients and families we serve, but also for our employees.
We believe that if we train and empower our employees to grow, they will choose to employ those skills with DCCCA.
Our Values: The Heart of DCCCA
At DCCCA, our values guide everything we do. They’re the foundation of our mission to create meaningful change and improve lives in communities that we serve. These values shape our identity both as individuals and as social service providers, and unite us together as “One DCCCA.”
- Providing education and services based on research and a dedicated commitment to improving lives.
- Valuing the people and communities we serve by respecting their experiences and treating them with dignity.
- Encouraging leadership by challenging existing conditions and finding innovative ways to grow and learn.
- Delivering high quality services every day and holding ourselves accountable for our outcomes.
