Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18.

Whether you are supporting someone in a professional or personal capacity, the skills you learn through Mental Health First Aid will help you effectively encourage mental wellness and can save a life.
