Requests made through this link from agencies not identified as a public safety or first responder agency will not be fulfilled.

Please be advised this program offers free Naloxone (Narcan) only to agencies in Kansas and availability is contingent upon continued Federal and State Funding.

Note: Effective July 1, 2026, Kansas law (HB 2250) allows naloxone to be used for up to 10 years past its printed expiration date. Meaning, if you have expired naloxone, it can still be used 10 years past the printed expiration date.
