This form is for Kansas residents and organizations to request Naloxone (Narcan) kits and Fentanyl Test Strips from DCCCA’s Naloxone Program at no cost.

Please be advised this program offers free Naloxone (Narcan) only to agencies in Kansas and availability is contingent upon continued Federal and State Funding.
Note: Effective July 1, 2026, Kansas law (HB 2250) allows naloxone to be used for up to 10 years past its printed expiration date. Meaning, if you have expired naloxone, it can still be used 10 years past the printed expiration date.
