DCCCA’s Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS) is a one day class that addresses the consequences of alcohol and drug misuse and fulfills the first time DUI offense requirement for the state of Kansas.  This 8 hour class is completed in one day, and is held monthly.  Topics include: substance abuse education, state laws and guidelines, Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) levels, and the legal consequences of continued violations.

DCCCA offers ADIS classes in three locations: Lawrence, Pittsburg, and Pratt.  Registration fees are an out-of-pocket expense. Prices and registration process vary by location.

Lawrence: $85 per class. Online registration available. The class starts at 8:30 a.m. and is first come-first serve. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. and will close at 8:30 a.m. There is no need to call and register. Classes are held the first Saturday of the month unless that date falls close to a holiday. Certificates of completion will be provided to the individual upon completion of the class.

Pittsburg: $110 per class.  You must register and pay in full prior to the class, online registration is available.  Classes are held 3rd Saturday of every month, if there are not enough people registered prior to the class it will be cancelled.  Certificates of completion will be provided upon completion of the class.
